Course Description Accessing your creative resources on command is the focus of this course. This work gives you the assurance of knowing yourself as a creative player in action. It explores the vast source of imagination within us. Activating Creativity teaches participants how to design and redesign themselves to fit the needs of changing situations. A bonus technique The Empty Stage Awareness frees up the relentless field of thoughts, sounds and imagery that clog your mental screen with unwanted static & spam. This technique creates space in the mind for clearer, innovative thinking. Activities Some of the activities include lively discussion & exercises that: Expand your self-image giving you more options as a creative player in the business arena Release creative spontaneity Establish “innovation think tanks” with colleagues We will improvise relevant scenarios to sharpen creative decision-making, judgment calls in important moments, and much more. This workshop gives participants new tools for generating innovative ideas determined through sensory insights. It gives practical experience using imagination to problem solve. Format This is an 8-hour, one-day workshop and can be conducted with groups of five to fifteen people. A spacious room with movable chairs is advisable. Auditors acceptable. Videotaping acceptable for performance review.
