Course Description

There are many issues that arise both in business and everyday life that need a stage for viewing. When in the midst of complex situations, we are often too caught up in the scene to see it clearly. Quick Change Studio takes issues facing your company, or organization and uses scenario work, the study of situations and the players, to view, explore and define the right course of action for resolution or change.

You choose the topic

Quick Change Studio will help your team create a scenario that best represents the chosen topic. Participants will play out the scene with each other. Each member will serve as a player as well as a viewer. Using Q C S guidelines and team collaboration, everyone contributes to finding a beneficial resolve.

Using this training as an investigative process or testing ground saves time, money and confusion without having to go through the trials and tribulations in “real time.”

Format

Group Work requires a room with a stage-like area set with theatre style seating. Any number of people may attend. Volunteers will serve as players to facilitate group collaboration. This workshop is a valuable way of resolving issues that involve team cooperation.

Group work can also be developed into live events presented to your company or clients as a way of presenting new products, imminent company challenges or ones that lie ahead, organizational changes, or - you name it. You can utilize volunteer company players or the Quick Change Studio Players for the event.
